Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.sabryclothstudio.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you place a binding offer. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our express acceptance of the order.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro (EUR) including statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).
4. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately by email.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
6. Returns and Refunds
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
